German was sort of put on the back burner this week as we closed out our 1st block of classes - 1 of 3 blocks that make up the semester. Mainly we fizzled out a bit because we were preparing to leave for Italy on Friday, October 1st. We did some basic reading comprehension, continued working on our conversational skills, and learned nine new phrases.
